Hello - thanks for reaching out! The depth of the upper and middle door bins are 2 1/2 inches and the depth of the lower door bins are 3 5/8 inches. The door bins are removable, but not adjustable - the distance between top bin to the middle bin is 9 3/4 inches and 15 3/4 inches from middle bin to bottom bin. We hope this helps!
