This fridge is very cheaply made, which is why the fridge and freezer drawers are essentially not on tracks and are nearly impossible to close with one hand. They tend to get off center and wedge into place. You either have to pull it back out and try over and over again or just push through it with a loud bang. Very frustrating when trying to be quiet when the baby is sleeping. On the plus side, mine broke after 1.5 years (just out of warranty) so we get to upgrade to a decent brand, seems like Whirlpool is pretty reliable from my research. Hope this helps!
