Hello Terpar - Thank you for your inquiry; we are happy to help! The refrigerator HA10TG21SS is 59 1/2" high; this is an overall height including he hinges. The height to the top of the case (without hinges) is 58.0". We apologize for the confusing and we will get this corrected. We are glad you checked! Olga
