• Thank you for your question. This waffle makes will make thick and fluffy waffles. The READY light will indicate when to add the batter, but not when the waffle is ready.

• This waffle maker makes a standard size waffle that just about all home makers produce. It does not beep, it only has lights, but does work very well.
