No, unfortunately you cannot choose a time to start or end, just set the number of hours to cook, Hi or Lo, and when it shuts off, it keeps the food warm.

Please try again later.From what I can tell, programbale means that you can set it to cook for a certain amount of time and once that time has expired then it will automatically switch to a Keep Warm setting. I don't think you can set specific start and end times, however I just started using this product and getting used to the various features.
