I was cooking beans and mine turned off completely too!!Didnt even stay on warm..To say I was upset was an understatement as I had just bought this..I dont like that the hrs mode is conrolling my food..there should be a switch to turn off the time desired!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had the issue of the pot turning off spontaneously. When it is done, it usually switches to warm, not off. Sounds like a strange case - perhaps reach out to HB directly?
