What is dark circle on it? null

The circle in the middle represents a whole/pouch where you can put/fill something with it like (glasses, snacks, the remote, etc.)

The dark circle on the side is the opening for a little storage space. Just big enough to hold your eyeglass case or the remote to your tv etc.

It’s a compartment to hold whatever you need it to hold. I use it for my remote control.

A cubby hole to hold cords or adapters inside.
