YES, YOU DECIDE WHICH LANGUAGE THE ELMO(TOY) SPEAKS Did You read the Directions for operating this Toy. Turn the Toy Around on Its Back. Open the Back, Slowly, By Opening His Shirt. AND You Decide Which Language the TOY SPEAKS. IT CAN ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH OR SPANISH. PUSH THE BUTTON TO ENGLISH NOT SPANISH. IT'S ON SPANISH. PUSH IT TO THE OTHER BUTTON. HAPPY HOLIDAYS.
