• I'm sure you could contact someone from Best Buy to help you replace it. The BYD batteries in these seem to have long lives! Otherwise, I'd recommend heading over to the hiboy website and buying a replacement 36v Li battery (~$140) or cheaper one on Amazon (~$100 for a 10Ah). It takes like 20 mins and a screwdriver to pop the bottom cover off and swap the battery. There are even several tutorials online to help.
