- Answer I've been told via live chat (when trying to finish checking out from my cart) that there's no stock which is why I can't schedule delivery/installation and complete the purchase. I asked why there's a sale on it it's is been "unavailable nearby" for well over a week. I saw the deal listed early this morning, so I tried to take advantage, but no ETA of additional stock can be provided. I'm in northern california; when I asked if stock was restricted or something regionally, I couldn't get an answer. Frustrating that being totaltech members, getting early access to the deals, is kind of useless if the item we're being allowed to add to our cart isn't actually available for purchase. We should be offered backorder at least (if we're willing to purchase the item up front).

QuestionWhen Hisense will publish the VESA mount location vs. the edges of the TV? This will allow users to drill the wall mounting holes before the TV arrives or purchase appropriate TV stand. TCL, Sony, Samsung, LG have the VESA location in their datasheets.

QuestionHello All, I have a 100" being delivered in the near future. Is there enough height in front of the screen for my soundbar? I am hoping I wont have to build spacers to raise the tv to avoid blocking the bottom of the picture. How much is there ?

- Answer The distance from the TV stand to the bottom bezel of the TV is ~1.5" and ~2 and 3/8" from the stand to lowest part of the screen. I currently have a Sonos ARC in front of my TV and it is blocking a small amount of the image.

This model has a peak brightness of 1500 nits and 1620 local dimming zones. 100U76N has lower peak brightness (800 nits) and fewer local dimming zones (256 zones). 100U8K is a Mini LED TV backlighting technology, and it supports quantum dot wide color gamut. 100U76N is a QLED TV, but it doesn't have Mini LED backlighting technology. QuestionQuestion: should I connect the 100 inch Hisense tv to Ethernet port for a better connection? Or shouldn’t make a difference 100U8K Is the tv I got just in case.

- Answer Yes, because then you will stream faster and have less issues with buffering. It does not have a 1 GB ethernet port which it really doesn't need, but it's always nice to run direct internet into the TV. So if your Wi-Fi starts to slow down, you have a nice direct connection.

- Answer Just north of 150lbs. It's a beast to be sure. I made sure that my wall mount was very secure to the wall studs. The mount I went with does NOT pull out and holds up to 250lbs. Mine was delivered downstairs and the who guys who delivered it really worked at it. I definitely gave them a tip after installation. My mount was not ready to install so my brother and I installed it on the mount. It was heavy.
