“If I had this TV on a wall mount in a Sun Room which is not 100% indoors, would it fail on me sooner or would this TV be able to stand up for the cold and humid weather?”

Unfortunately no tv will last long in humid weather or extreme temperatures that isn't specifically for the outdoors.
