Yes, finally the update has arrived. Works in ps4 and Xbox one s. After installing update make sure your using HDMI slot 3 or 4 and change HDMI 2.0 setting to Enchanced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The updates for the H8 series are being sent out OTA and via a firmware link if you call Hisense directly. The H8 HDR update, does work on the 43H7C, its been confirmed so you can find the firmware on AVSForums official Hisense owners thread. As far as the official H7 released goes, its supposed to be rolling out in tiers starting this week, so it just depends where your serial number falls as to when you'll get it. You can also call Hisense support and they should be able to email you a link to the H7 HDR firmware. Honestly I returned my H7 and went with a more expensive set with HDR which I'm really happy with, but just so happens the H8 firmware was released the same day, and then I found out it works on the H7 so go figure.

It hard to recommend this TV to others if they don't just release the update to all models at the same time frame. I'm hoping they add HDR to all models by the end of the year. I would give this TV 5 stars rating otherwise, right now it's 3.5
