Hi Alex, it sounds like your TV is in demo mode. If you go to Menu, and select System --> Advanced Settings --> User Mode, you can then put the TV into Home Mode. If you have any further questions, please contact us at 1-888-935-8880.

FOR IT TO DETECT YOUR WIRELESS NET WORK YOU MUST ENTER YOUR PASSWORD FOR WIRELESS CONNECTION. THAT PASSWORD IS ON YOUR NET WORK BOX. EITHER UNDER IT OR IN THE REAR. THERE WILL BE A SYSTEM PASSWORD AND NET PASSWORD.
