“Anyone else having a problem with the remote for this model? Purchased less than 4 mos. ago, basically stopped working a few weeks ago. Change the batteries, works again briefly. Like the remote is sucking the batteries dry. Hisense and BB won't replace”

• I haven't problems at all with my remote so far. In fact i think it is a great remote in every way.

• I use a Logitech Harmony remote with mine since I find it easier to program and control multiple devices with the same remote.
