“How do I get 4:4:4 chroma to work in 4k at 60Hz? It only works when I set my computer to 30Hz (using HDMI 3 or 4). I can get it to work fine using a different monitor (also using HDMI) so it is not my computer or the HDMI cable.”

I am having the same problem and early talk from hisense says its a compatibility problem. I am using an Asus GTX 1070 Strix, what graphics card are you using? I read some of the reviews on Amazon and a guy was having the same problem with his 980. It can't be a compatibility problem with so many different cards.
