I am using Crossfire Sapphire 7950's with the Club3D Displayport 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 and a super short 18gbps certified cable. I am pretty sure the TV needs to be updated to support this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same problem and early talk from hisense says its a compatibility problem. I am using an Asus GTX 1070 Strix, what graphics card are you using? I read some of the reviews on Amazon and a guy was having the same problem with his 980. It can't be a compatibility problem with so many different cards.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was unable to get 4K@60Hz with full color depth until I contacted Hisense and asked for the latest firmware. For some reason the TV does not update OTA and the firmware does not appear to be on the Hisense website; you have to call or email to ask for it. With the newer firmware (V00.01.00A.G1027) there is a new option to set the "HDMI 2.0 format" to "Enhanced format," which enabled 4K @ 60Hz 4:4:4 from my Broadwell laptop via a DisplayPort to HDMI 2.0 active adapter.
