“55U6N. Sound issue. My hearing aid streamer connects to TV via Digital Audio Out. It only seems to work if I disable the tv speakers and select the Digital Out. Is there any way to have both the TV speakers and the Digital Audio Out on at the same time?”

You can buy a splitter for the optical output. Then you could have your hearing aid plugged into one and an external speaker attached to the other. This would obviously require you to purchase an external powered speaker but most TV speakers sound terrible anyway so this would also be an upgrade.
