Does the Hisense u6h have a arc or earc input? null

One of the HDMI port is eARC capable. However the bandwidth is limited (4k @ 60 Hz).

It intermittently goes out and it's incredibly frustrating

Yes it does on HDMI 1. It has way more features than most TVs for the money.
