Hi Manuel! I apologize for the typo/ incorrect answer! This TV does have motion enhancement options. You can toggle with the option to get the most optimal picture. Yes it does. And there is no way to turn it off. I’m likely to return the TV for this glaringly bad omission.

No it doesn't have this effect. It is no where in the settings
