No. It has Android TV, which has many of the streaming apps that Roku and Amazon Fire has. I use an Apple TV with mine so the Android TV isn't used much.

Neither. It runs Android TV. The best platform in my opinion. You use Google play store to download 1000s of app right to the tv.
