“How do I connect my Phonak hearing aids to the Bluetooth on my 65" U7. I shows it as paired with them but can't seem to get any sound through them. My hearing aids work well with my Android phone and the JVC stereo I put in my car. Thank you.”

Please go to Settings > Remotes & Accessories > Pair accessory to put the TV in pairing mode. A list of available Bluetooth devices will be displayed. Select the desired device from the list, then follow the onscreen instructions. If you are prompted to enter a passcode, refer to the user manual of the device.
