“I have the U8N and when watching Disney+ and Amazon Prime it forces Dolby Vision options only. Dolby Vision options are dark and the colors are washed out, including Custom. Is there a way to turn off Dolby Vision? Or a way to calibrate it better?”

It is from the streamers, Amazon and Disney, that provide content in Dobly Vision. Netflix provide content in 4K, Dobly Vision and other formats that Hisense U8N easily can render. Apple TV has the best picture and sound format.
