“is the bluetooth able to be disabled on this TV? if so, how? Or is it even running if I have no bluetooth devices connected to it? I'm trying to figure out what's causing some interference issues with my PS4 controller. Thanks”

I get interference every time I use the remote so I feel for you.

The Bluetooth on the device would not be activated unless you activate it from the settings menu and as such would not interfere with your controller.
