“Anyone having issues with either HDMI streaming? Whenever I connect my laptop though the HDMI port, video streaming turns really slow. Any suggestions?”

it could have something to do with the resolution... the tv really ramps up resolution and if your laptop cannot keep up it would cause it to lag or freeze briefly in spots... just an option to check.. best of luck
