If your hearing aids are Bluetooth , it should connect. My husband uses over the ear Bluetooth headphones. He can connect and pair them. There is an option to use the tv speakers, the Bluetooth connected device or both.

Unfortunately, you cannot use both the internal speakers and Bluetooth speakers simultaneously.
