“My tv was working fine, I walked outside for just a min, and when I came back in, the screen was black. I unplugged & even factory reset it. I have sound, and can see a bit of the screen when I shine a flashlight on it. Nothing works! What is the problem?”

Hi! How did you factory reset this model when the screen is black? It appears there is no factory reset physical button for this model? What I am learning from my research is that you may need to update the firmware. https://www.hisense-usa.com/support/firmware-download

Good luck. Same exact problem I have. Best buy and Hisense are useless for warranty.
