Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue, but it happens when I am using my Frontier FIOS DVR too. Things were working ok and it occasionally happened. Now it happens every time I turn on the TV. I suspect a recent firmware update made things worse. If you google search this kind of issue, it seems it is rather common with this model TV. Ignore what HiSense says in their response, they are denying the issue exists and have their heads in the sand. Deny Deny Deny until the warranty has expired.

The volume will drop on its own from time to time as well as get very loud when no one has raised the volume. Wondering if anyone else is having issues with the audio on their tv by Hisense.
