I figured it out last night. I had to activate my 4K player to Dolby Vision by the 4K player remote. It had nothing to do with the TV.

There is not a settings for Dolby Vision as this is a automatic feature and once the content that is playing supports Dolby Vision the television will automatically display Dolby Vision. For example I am currently using an Apple TV 4K to stream Disney+ and Netflix with Dolby Vision content and it will display Dolby Vision icon on top right hand side of screen. You can then customize your Dolby Vision video preferences.

Anyway, my understanding is that Dolby Vision is a video format that simply allows for better picture quality. If something is broadcast in Dolby Vision, this TV can interpret that and it looks great - exactly like the content producer wants it to look. Other TVs that don't have it will just display generic HDR (High Dynamic Range) color which can still look really good. I don't believe there are settings to turn it on or off or adjust it (because the content producer doesn't want you to mess with it), its just there if the content was produced and broadcast with it. Pardon me if I'm behind your research and you find otherwise. Enjoy.
