“I have a 58 inch wide cabinet that my 55" tv sits on. Is this long enough to support the 75" Hisense TV? I saw where there were 4 different holes to mount the legs, but I wasn't sure how far apart they had to be. Thanks.”

You’re good. The max stand distance is 51.5 inches measuring from the front of the stand.
