“Does the Operative system works in Mexico?? I have a VIZIO with smartcast OS that does not work in my Region and the Added Apps on the TV are not available, need to use another streaming device.”

SmartCast is part of VIZIO design to work and collect data from US customers, even though the system is based on android you can not connect directly to the SmartCast interface for android, however you can connect with apps with the VIZIO mobile app as a Guest.
