Maybe. There are many good YouTube videos that cover this specific TV, and how to optimize the settings. I would check them out and experiment a little.

However, the upscaling procedure doesn't transform a lower resolution into a higher one; it's more of an approximation. Consequently, an image upscaled to fit the pixel count of a TV screen won't resemble an image originally filmed in 4K.
