• Mine was included in the box. If you're not looking for it, you might not notice that it's in the bottom of the box along with the "feet".

• The cord is located on the back of the fan. The power control plus fan speed, is the top control switch. And just a few inches below the power switch is the outlet to attach and detach the cord making it an easy and convenient way to relocate the fan or for traveling.

• The cord comes as a separate item, i.e. not fixed to the fan. You have to plug it in, and plug the other end to a power outlet, and then the fan is ready to work.
