WE HAVE HAD LOTS OF ISSUES COMMUNICATING WITH THE RING BUT ALERTS HAVE BEEN BETTER WITH NEW ROUTER. HAVE UNDERSTOOD RING IS HAVING LOTS OF ISSUES WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT. PLEASE KEEP ALERTING PEOPLE ABOUT ISSUES.

It looks like the Night Hawk router is not providing the coverage necessary for your Ring doorbells. The Ring doorbells require a fairly steady and optimal signal in order to operate at their best. I would suggest seeing if moving the router helps the issues. If not, you can also purchase one of the Ring extenders that will help provide the coverage they require.
