Yes Best Buy handles all types of Wi-Fi products.

No. They install electronics for Best Buy. I've used them a couple of times. They are a smart, tech savvy group that in my case, installed a pretty high end router, did all the computer mumbo jumbo, all while I made dinner.. no more fighting for wifi with the kids. I would definitely use them again!

What I know is they are like Apple Genius but they work for bestbuy and offers fix and setup for your devices
