When I had mine installed and set up, Geeksquad took the extra time to test internet speeds and signal strengths throughout my house. Sometimes it may be the actual internet provider with the issues and not the installers/equipment. The Velop Mesh System was awesome and it immediately gives you real-time internet speeds and connectivity.
