Hello beekles – We should be able to help you out with that. If you’re using a router provided by your ISP, they may have it set up so a guest network can’t be disabled, however. In that case you may want to think about picking up a new router to replace the one provided by Cox. Please give us a call at 1-800-GEEKSQUD (1-800-433-5778) to get that scheduled.
