You'd be surprised, as I was, how knowledgeable sales associates in the store are. Stroll on by your local brick and mortar Best Buy store and visit with an associate. BTW, you can make an appointment by phone or the Best Buy app. for a Geek Squad in home appointment. Good luck, have fun, be happy!
