When it stops blinking it is fully charge. Charging time depends upon a number of factors. If you are waiting for it to charge, it will take forever. As for how often to recharge it, I recharge mine after each usage or before I use it, if it has been several months between uses.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The green blinking light means its charging. A solid green light means its fully charged. It takes about 2-3hrs to fully charge and you get about 70 sanitizing cycles before needing to recharge the device again. I hope this helps.
