“Where do I purchase white pre-filter or a new one mine has gotten moldy is there any way to buy new one I see you can replace the black filters I am talking the one in front of the black one?”

Thank you for your inquiry. This unit has a white ifD filter plate and a black foam pre-filter. Both of these filters are washable and are made to last the lifetime of the unit. It is normal to see discoloration on the ifD filter plate with use, and normal cleaning as per the instructions in your manual will remove any build up on the plates.
