“Does Best Buy Provide a guarantee to replace a defective space heater purchased from them?”

• I believe almost all retail stores will replace a defective product within 30 days of purchase. I bought a replacement warranty for $14.99 for this space heater.

• Only if purchased with the $15 two year protection plan Best Buy will swap on the spot defective units. Otherwise they will refer you to Honeywell the manufacturer for the one year warranty.
