It probably will have to be replaced, you can always take it to Geek Squad inside a Best Buy and have them look at it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does need to be replaced. I just had the same thing happen. The great thing is, it's under warranty for 3 years. Just contact the Kaz company. Their info is on the sticker on the back of the unit.
