• I have the same issue with my black one. It randomly shuts down and randomly turns on. For example i have it at oscillating setup, it cuts off and when it turns back on it is on still mode. I don’t know if it’s defective.

• I don’t know about the white one but I have not had any issues with the black one shutting off.
