“Does the Hoover-power scrub elite upright clean tile and especially grout?”

• As for cleaning grout from hard floors, I don’t think this machine would do too well. Even at its lowest floor setting it doesn’t seem to scrub bare floors much. It’s made more for carpets than for hard or bare floors
