What is the rating on this vaccumm? null

There are 690 reviews on Best Buy showing 4.5 average, Amazon shows 165 reviews 4.1 average. We have pets, children, lots of friends and family over, for us it has worked like a charm. Not too heavy for upstairs and downstairs, has literally made our carpets look like new again. I highly recommend. Don't know your specifics (floor types, pets, traffic, etc.) but, for me I am thoroughly pleased.

My rating for this vaccumm is a 10. I just love the brand and the way it works. I actually had to get two one for me and one for a friend of mine so he sees how great this machin is.
