“What is the height of the range top including the grates, not including the backsplash? How much is it above the 36" countertop height? This is concerning because I have a current range grate that is 1.5" above the countertop height and that is too much.”

Hello there - Thanks so much for reaching out about this wonderful range. The height from the bottom of the unit to the cooktop surface is about 36 1/4". The overall height of the grate is about 2". With that in mind, from the bottom of the unit to the top of the grates is about 38 1/4". Let us know if any other questions come up. -Mikayla@GEA
