Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having using your oven. It is possible the gas to the oven burners was inadvertently shut off. The oven gas shut-off is located on the gas regulator near the gas line attachment to your range. Locate it and flip the lever. A diagram of the regulator can be found on page 21 of the owner's manual which is available online. If you continue to have difficulty, we recommend calling an authorized servicer to take a look at your range. If needed, you may call 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment to do so.
