QuestionIs there a back brake? I was wondering because I want to do wheelies (as I do on other scooters) but if there is a back break whenever I would stand on the top it would be impossible. Thanks

QuestionThe Bluetooth continues to make a chime/beep sound like it's trying to connect to a device. This is non stop while riding the scooter. I have no interest in connecting anything. How can this be turned off?

- Answer No. The batteries are not removable. Just keep a ride share app available to bail you out as the display will not equate the distance that you can go.

- Answer You just need to Make sure it is inserted all the way and fill a bit tight so it won’t be a problem when that extra air comes out if any.

QuestionHello I brought my hover 1 alpha scooter recently and even when it’s in sport mode it says the max speed for sport (level 2) is only 12mph when it’s meant to be higher and it’s only 7mph max in level 1. I only weight 55 pounds am I doing something wrong.

QuestionI get moments during my ride (lasts long.as 45-90 seconds of "lower" sensation then back normal) it seems to occur at random (isn't triggered by any observable stimuli I know of) where I suddenly don't feel as Alpha. Anyone else experience this?

- Answer Recharge it all the way. It should always go 12 mph or it goes 18mph in (2) sport mode, 6 mph means an almost dead battery,
