“I have a dell laptop I am wanting to connect two monitors to at home. My i.t. guy at work says to make sure monitors have a VGA connector on them. What all will I need to make this work? I assume 2 monitors, but what cords or connector devices?”

This monitor comes with a cord for a VGA connection. While I only use a single monitor, this one came with everything I needed to plug into the single VGA input on my computer.

The docking station will have ports for a HDMI-connected monitor and a VGA-connected monitor. So, you need to be sure at least one monitor has a VGA connection (old technology) and one monitor has a HDMI connection. Your docking station will also have ports for a wired mouse, wired keyboard, and you laptop. The only cables you will need are a VGA cable and HDMI cable. I have a Dell docking station and twin 22-inch HP monitors. You will love it.
