Should this work once it’s plugged into the computer? Getting an error that the input signal not found. No set up instructions. Super frustrating! null

Is it plugged into your graphics card? I had this same problem cuz It was plugged into my motherboard. found out my graphics card doesn’t support vga. So I had to get a vga to hdmi adapter.

We would recommend checking the input on the HP 21kd 20.7-inch Monitor. Page 12 of the user guide shows you the OSD (On Screen Display) menu options. Page 11 shows you what the buttons on the front of the monitor do. Select the Menu button (far left button), then use the Function buttons (middle buttons) to move to the "Input Signal" option.
