• Bottom of mouse lights up red. switch on side to turn on and off. Batteries included.

• Yes it will light up check the bottom

• The mouse should have a diagram inside where you put the batteries as to which why they go. The laser will also light up red under the mouse.

• The negative side of the batteries always go towards the spring and yes it should show a light when turned on.
